Donald Sykes is a seasoned Human Resources Professional and Consultant with extensive experience in dispute resolution specifically in labor and employment law interpretation. Don’s experience in employee relations and dispute resolution has spanned three decades across several industries: telecommunication, manufacturing, information systems, and pharmaceutical. His labor experience includes negotiating collective bargaining agreements and grievance resolution with both the United Auto Workers of America (UAW) and the Communication Workers of America (CWA) labor unions.

Don’s area of specialty is mediation, arbitration, dispute resolution and investigation. Don is currently a panelist with Resolute Systems, LLC and received his training at the internationally recognized Henning Mediation and Arbitration Services, Inc. Additionally, Don’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) certification was granted and approved by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and the State Bar of Georgia.

Don gained his wealth of knowledge and corporate experience from a broad array of related field experiences and past work as an EEO Administrator, Director HR Merger Integration, Director HR Call Center Operations, Plant Personnel Director, Sr. Staff Assistant for Policy Development and Administration, System Analysis and Computer Programmer.
