Richard has been Board-Certified in Civil Trial Practice; has been selected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, which is recognition of the lawyer as one whose professional, public and private career has demonstrated outstanding dedication to the welfare of the community, the traditions of the profession and the advancement of the American Bar Foundation; has been Principal Lecturer at several National Business Institute Seminars, including "Trying the Soft Tissue Injury Case in Florida", "Expert Witnesses in Premises Liability Cases", "Medical Malpractice in Florida", Bad Faith in Florida", Where to Find Qualified Expert Witnesses" and Auto Injury Cases for Paralegals"; he is a Certified Mediator. |
