Giulio Zanolla is an international lawyer and mediator, with experience both in Europe and the U.S., specializing in the resolution of complex civil and commercial disputes. Mr. Zanolla
has worked on hundreds of domestic and international mediation cases including high stake business disputes, class action lawsuits and multi-party litigations with aggregate value of several billion USD.

Mr. Zanolla has worked on the resolution of disputes concerning contract interpretation issues, insurance coverage, securities laws, Directors and Officers’ fiduciary duties, employment matters, intellectual property enforcement, antitrust actions, bankruptcy related issues, professional malpractice, product liability, personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits. He has mediated cases involving the financial, insurance, energy and natural resources, technology, healthcare, communications, manufacturing and entertainment industries. Throughout his career, Mr. Zanolla has worked, and routinely collaborates with some of the most regarded mediation practitioners globally.

Mr. Zanolla is a member of the Panel of Distinguished Neutrals of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) and is a panelist with Resolute Systems, LLC and the
American Arbitration Association (AAA). Mr. Zanolla is Of Counsel with the New York based firm Thompson Bukher LLP. Previously, Mr. Zanolla practiced as a mediator with the team of JAMS' mediator Hon. Daniel Weinstein (ret.), as an attorney and legal counsel with the D&O Coverage and Litigation Group of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, and as an independent
practitioner in the U.S. and Italy advising companies and individuals in connection with crossborder transactions, litigation and dispute resolution processes.

Mr. Zanolla is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and in the Federal Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
