Biography |
Joo is one of Houston’s pioneer mediators, with practice limited exclusively to alternative dispute resolution since the early 1990’s. Mediation of over 4,000 cases.
Arbitration: Sole arbitrator, selected by agreement of the parties, in 400+ personal injury cases. Numerous commercial arbitrations conducted, including serving on three member panel for case brought by 51 claimants in residential construction litigation and as sole arbitrator in subsequent individual cases against same defendant. Sole arbitrator in major environmental clean-up litigation, law firm dissolution cases, and various other commercial disputes |
