Biography |
John A. Albritton is a trial lawyer and mediator with over forty 45 years of experience serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. He has tried over 300 cases and mediated over 500 cases for his own clients, primarily personal injury. He has served as a mediator in over 100 cases and has been involved in numerous arbitration cases settled in mediation after arbitration was elected. In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Albritton is a majority owner in commercial real estate ventures with holdings that include a regional restaurant triplenet leased since 1988, national franchises, and independent local owners including other restaurants. Mr. Albritton previously owned a regional chain fast food establishment, handling all aspects of the business, including payroll and employee relations. Mr. Albritton was and is the owner of the property and the owner of the franchise. His extensive experience contributes significantly to his skills as a mediator. |
