Scott is Board Certified nationally and by the State of Minnesota as a trial lawyer. Less then 3% of lawyers nationally have achieved this certification. He was appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to the General Rules of Practice Committee, and appointed by the Minnesota Certified Trial Lawyers Association to the Judicial Selection Committee.
He is AV rated by Martindale and Hubbell, and has been selected as a “Super Lawyer†by Minnesota Law and Politics magazine since 2000, a distinction received by less then 5% of Minnesota lawyers. |
