After earning a B.A. in Business Administration from Brigham Young University in 1964, Mr. Cowan received his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming in 1969. |

Mr. Cowan's trial practice emphasizes the defense of personal injury and automobile negligence lawsuits, malpractice claims, products liability actions and commercial litigation. In addition to his work as a trial attorney, Mr. Cowan has acted as arbitrator in a number of personal injury matters. |
