Tony has specialized in litigation for nearly 25 years and has earned, thus far, over 40 jury verdicts in many different and complex areas of civil litigation. Many of his jury trials have been complex and have lasted for many weeks. He has handled many insurance cases involving wrongful death, serious and catastrophic injuries (including brain injuries), car accidents, product liability, contract disputes, fall accidents, construction site accidents, construction defect and other property damage and premises liability cases.

Because of his experience Tony has been asked by local courts and organizations to act as a judge, mediator and arbitrator. Tony has lectured extensively including at Santa Clara University Law School on Opening and Closing Statements in civil trials and Jury Instructions.

Tony has recently been asked by his peers to join a prestigious trial lawyers group, American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), based primarily on the number and quality of civil jury trials.
