Biography |
In 2002, he was nominated by the President of the Louisiana State Bar Association to the first class of "Leadership LSBA." In 2005, he was elected to the Baton Rouge Bar Association Board of Directors and continues that service today. He has also served as an elected member of the Louisiana State Bar Association House of Delegates since 2004. He is also a mediator, having established a mediation practice in 2000. Mr. Burns has conducted more than 1,250 mediations and in 2009 completed the Harvard Negotiation Institute Course on Mediation. |
