Biography |
Rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, James C. Herrick has been
handling and trying personal injury cases for over 49 years. He has been an
active trial lawyer who represented plaintiffs as well as insurance companies,
including State Farm. In addition to handling cases involving injuries resulting
from auto accidents, slip and falls, skiing accidents, product defects, and other
causes of injuries, he has also handled large subrogation matters such as fires
and collapses.
He has served as an expert witness on attorney malpractice and insurance
company bad faith claims and wrote a chapter in the book “The Law of
Damages.†He was a guest lecturer at law school for University of Wisconsin – Madison and a guest
speaker for the State Bar of Wisconsin regarding negligence update, evident law, and economic loss
claims. |
