Education |
Randy was born and raised in Montgomery. He graduated with honors from the University of Georgia. While at Georgia, Randy played football for Vince Dooley's Bulldogs. After graduating from Georgia, he attended Cumberland School of Law (Samford University) and received his law degree in 1983. |

Memberships |
Randall has served on the Board of Directors for several organizations including the YMCAs of Montgomery and Goodwill Industries of Montgomery. He has also served on the Board for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Montgomery and was a past President of that organization. Randy also served for two years as Chairman of the Montgomery County Bar Association Grievance Committee. He taught Trial Advocacy at Jones School of Law for several years. |

Biography |
Randy had the privilege to serve as a law clerk to the late Montgomery County Circuit Judge Joseph Phelps. Following this clerkship, Randy served as an Alabama Assistant Attorney General for one year. He then became a prosecutor in the Montgomery County District Attorney's office for two years. In 1987, Randy was hired by a prominent Mongomery law firm and became a named partner with the firm in 1990. In 1992, Randy opened his own law practice. He has successfully represented hundreds of individuals and businesses. Additionally, since 2001, Randy has devoted a great deal of his law practice to that of serving as a mediator for other lawyers and litigants to help resolve legal disputes. He has successfully resolved over ninety-five percent of the cases that he has been asked to mediate. |
