I have over 28 years of experience in personal injury, malpractice, and products liability cases. This includes all facets of the work necessary to resolve these cases through negotiation, mediation, or trial. My experience includes writing briefs and arguing a wide variety of issues before trial courts. I have also briefed and argued over 25 cases before the Nebraska Court of Appeals, the Nebraska Supreme Court, the Iowa Supreme Court, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Since leaving my legal position, I have obtained a Graduate Certificate from the Werner Institute for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution. My studies included the basic mediation training required by the Nebraska Supreme Court Office of Dispute Resolution. I have also completed the education and training required to act as a Parenting Act mediator. I am currently working as a volunteer mediator with the Concord Mediation Center in Omaha, NE.
