Biography |
William Zdancewicz has successfully resolved hundreds of civil disputes through the mediation process. Since 1987, Mr. Zdancewicz has mediated personal injury, medical and legal malpractice, construction disputes, property disputes, divorce and domestic relations matters, among others. He has been a mediator with Resolute Systems’ Memphis office since 1999.
He has completed United States Mediation & Arbitration’s 40-hour mediation training course in 1987. Since then, he has completed additional mediation training through CLE programs and has been a Rule 31 mediator since 1997. Mr. Zdancewicz authored “Alternative Dispute Resolution In The Personal Injury Forumâ€, The University of Memphis Law Review, Vol. 26, Number 3, Spring 1996, as part of the Law Review’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Symposium. He has presented continuing legal education seminars and presentations to The University of Memphis Law School, Memphis Bar Association, Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, and other venues. |
