Biography |
Chris A. Tarkington has over 30 years experience practicing in both State and Federal Courts in California. He is an AV rated attorney (Martindale-Hubbell), a member of various defense counsel associations and is a member of the Court of Appeal, First District Panel of Mediators.
Mr. Tarkington’s practice emphasis is complex litigation, insurance, construction, habitation and property damage. He prides himself on the ability to exercise insight and perception in developing an early strategy and game plan for the dispute at issue, providing the client a panoply of options ranging from early resolution through trial.
