Biography |
Mr. Honeywell, a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, tried several dozen cases to verdict in State and Federal Courts. During his career he was retained by insurance companies to defend their insureds in a variety of personal injury and products liability litigation. During the last twenty five years, he also litigated a wide variety of cases. He has represented several attorneys in defense of legal malpractice cases, and in partnership break-ups, and has represented the Washington State Bar Association in prosecuting complaints against attorneys.
Mr. Honeywell has, over the past 10 years, participated in multiple mediation training courses, including Pepperdine University School of Law’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution training course entitled, “Mediating the Litigated Cases.†He has been approved as a U.S. District Court CR 39 mediator, and successfully mediated and arbitrated hundreds of cases. He is currently discontinuing his litigation practice to devote full time to mediations and arbitrations. |
