Biography |
Mr. Walker has been a neutral for over eight years. He has extensive litigation experience and is an active mediator in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability, hospital liability, employer liability, insurance, and civil rights. Mr. Walker received his mediation certification from the University of Texas Law School Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution. He is an approved ADR panel mediator for the U.S.D.C., Middle District of Louisiana, and is also listed on the Louisiana Register of Qualified Civil Mediators. Additionally, Mr. Walker is a contributing author regarding construction litigation and medical/legal issues. With a reputation for impartiality, Mr. Walker brings to the table a maturity in many areas of the law combined with a common sense approach to resolution that enables him to reach out beyond the legal community. |
