Biography |
Judge McQuiston has 35 years of practice including medical malpractice, personal injury and diverse other trials. He is a former Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Judge appointed by Governor Taft in 2000. He was a full-time Referee in Dayton Municipal Court for over 5 years. He is a Certified mediator for U.S. District Court Extensive experience in both mediation and arbitration with very high success rate. |
