Biography |
Judy Altura was admitted to practice in 1981 and now serves as an arbitrator and mediator. Ms. Altura's practice was primarily insurance defense of a wide range of tort actions involving personal injury.
She has handled hundreds of cases through arbitration, mediation and settlement and has extensive jury trial experience. Ms. Altura is experienced in mediating and arbitrating a wide range of cases including automobile accidents, uninsured motorist arbitrations, and personal injuries of all types. She was a panelist in Bay Area Court Settlement programs and a Settlement Commissioner for Alameda County Superior Court. |
