Biography |
Regina Hollins Lewis has over 31 years of civil litigation and appellate experience. She focuses her practice areas of tort and employment law, primarily defense, including premises liability, professional negligence, products liability, wrongful termination and Title VII discrimination claims. She also conducts internal investigations for companies in employment and whistleblower matters.
Regina has been a certified mediator for 11 years and is passionate about her mediation practice. She regularly mediates tort, employment and other civil disputes to resolution. Regina believes in and effectively utilizes the evaluative method in mediation. She conducts an analysis of each case and engages the parties and their counsel to discuss the merits of the case and to weigh the likelihood of success from each party’s perspective. Her effective communication style and ability to develop a rapport with both parties helps keep the process moving forward. Her approach to mediation has led to requests from both defense and plaintiff counsel to mediate their cases.
