Biography |
Mark Fredrickson is a shareholder with Lind, Jensen, Sullivan & Peterson,
P.A. Mark believes that while a good lawyer helps a client solve problems,
a great lawyer helps a client identify problems and solves them efficiently
and economically. With over 25 years of civil trial experience primarily
defending insureds and self-insured businesses in injury and property
damage cases, and representing businesses in many adversarial situations,
Mark combines his experience, knowledge and passion to guide his clients
to a successful conclusion of their legal problems. Mark has a special
interest in products liability and complex tort litigation, with additional
significant experience in the transportation, construction, retail and public
sectors. He also represents employers and insurers in workers’
compensation matters. Mark is a mediator and arbitrator and enjoys helping
others effectively solve their problems. He has written many scholarly articles on these subjects and is a
contributing author to a number of practice books, including DRI’s Products Liability Defenses: A State
by State Compendium, Minnesota Chapter and MDLA’s Release Deskbook. Mark is active in civil
defense bar associations and has been a leader of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association,
culminating in his election as MDLA President for 2013-14. Mark currently serves as State
Representative for DRI, the voice of the Defense Bar. He is a long-time member of the selective
Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and is a member of the America Board of Trial Advocates.
Mark is a member of the General Instructions Committee / Minnesota Civil Jury Instruction task force.
He has been selected by his peers as a Super Lawyer® every year since 2003. |
