Ms. Ross holds a master's degree in conflict resolution from Concordia College and University, and has received training in adoption, family and basic mediation and in arbitration. |

Biography |
Ms. Ross has been mediating cases for over a decade and has extensive experience as a mediator, consultant and trainer. Her areas of practice include family, workplace, domestic, civil and mental health care conflict management. Formerly employed at the Association for Conflict Resolution, Ms. Ross also works in the public sector as a court-appointed family or adoption mediator for Howard, Calvert and Baltimore counties in Maryland. She is currently involved with a national mental health initiative to reduce/eliminate seclusion and restraint in state mental health facilities as the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) consultant/trainer and mediator. She became involved through the National Technical Assistance Center (NTAC) and the National Association of Mental Health Program Directors (NASMHPD), in April 2002. |
