Dwain Fagerlund received his B.A. in political science, magna cum laude from the University of North Dakota in 1986. He received his Juris Doctor degree (with distinction) from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1989 and was named to the Order of the Coif. He served as Articles Editor for the North Dakota Law Review and research fellow for the Agricultural Law Institute. |

Biography |
Dwain is licensed to practice law in North Dakota and Minnesota state and federal courts. Mr. Fagerlund is a qualified civil mediator and arbitrator in both North Dakota and Minnesota. He practiced with the firm of Johannson, Rust, Fagerlund, Yon & Stock, P.A. in Crookston, Minnesota from 1989 to 2004 where he served as Vice President and a managing shareholder. His practice included both plaintiff and defense work in the following areas: commercial, insurance, governmental, professional liability, personal injury, probate, drainage and flood control. |
