Biography |
Sid Strauss served as a justice of the New York State Supreme
Court of Queens County. Justice Strauss was elected to the
Supreme Court in 2001 and served until his retirement in 2014.
While a Supreme Court Justice, he presided over thousands of
settlements involving personal injury, labor law, premises
liability, negligence, medical malpractice and matrimonial.
Justice Strauss has the unique perspective of trying cases as a
lawyer and judge and employs a combination of facilitative and
evaluative mediation, supplemented by his 50 + years
experience in the legal field. |
