Worked as a senior trial lawyer for the Salt Lake City firm of Ray, Quinney & Nebeker. Partner/shareholder from 1977-2000. Litigated commercial, corporate, employment and construction claims, personal injury, product liability, medical and legal malpractice and insurance matters.  Tried several large cases including representing a major utility company in connection with a large-scale mine disaster.
