Biography |
Tom Wagner has tried in excess of fifty jury trials, including wrongful death, catastrophic birth injury, media defamation, and insurance bad faith matters. His primary focus during the past 10 years has been in the areas of medical malpractice and legal malpractice.
Mr. Wagner is actively involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution, both as a mediator and as an arbitrator. He has served the Sacramento County Superior Court for many years as a Pro Tem Settlement Conference Judge. |
