Mr. Ray has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1991 and has achieved Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards based on both judicial and peer review. Mr. Ray has tried cases in State Courts in Houston and surrounding areas and has represented clients in litigation throughout the state. He has also successfully handled appellate matters in front of Texas Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Texas. Mr. Ray serves as a mediator or arbitrator in all civil matters. |
