Michael "Mike" J. Powell devotes his mediation practice exclusively to the resolution of complex disputes involving intellectual property and related matters. Mr. Powell is a registered patent attorney, a frequent lecturer on IP issues, and a registered IP mediator. His mediation practice is national in scope, and Mr. Powell mediates nationally through Resolute Systems.

As an advocate, Mr. Powell helps clients and counsel navigate the complexities and costs associated with intellectual property matters.
