Biography |
William Logue, JD is a West Hartford, CT based mediator, facilitator, consensus builder, trainer and consultant to individuals, groups, associations, corporations, law firms, foundations and public organizations. Mr. Logue has worked in the field of conflict resolution since 1986 in the public and private sector. He frequently mediates employment, workplace, commercial, construction, environmental and other matters. He has designed and lead conflict resolution training programs for numerous organizations in the public and private sector. Mr. Logue contributed three chapters to the Mediation Practice Book published in 2001. He is also a regular contributing columnist on ADR to the Connecticut Law Tribune. Mr. Logue is associated with the Policy Consensus Initiative to promote collaboration to achieve more effective governance. He has engaged in public policy consensus building work in Massachusetts and Connecticut and is currently working with a team training local land use leaders to use collaborative problem solving in Connecticut. He is assisting in the creation of a statewide collaborative governance model in Maine. Mr. Logue also consults to foundations, nonprofits and public sector organizations on conflict resolution, collaboration, strategic and programming planning, feasibility analysis and program evaluation. Mr. Logue is past chair of the Connecticut Bar Association ADR Section and Co-Chair of the Standing Committee on Dispute Resolution in the Courts, a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution (past President of the New England Chapter, member of the Environment and Public Policy Section). He is a graduate of Brown University and the University of Connecticut School of Law and is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts |
