Biography |
Having engaged in litigation in Louisiana and Texas over the past twenty-four years representing claimants and defendants, Mr. Helm has substantial experience in resolving disputes embraced within insurance, personal injury, wrongful death, property damage and contractual actions. His diverse personal and professional lifestyle makes him uniquely qualified to serve as a mediator. For example, in addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Helm has served two years as a member of the Adjunct Faculty for the Tulane Trial Advocacy program. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Helm worked in the oil field industry for six years as a provider of offshore services and products. Additionally, following his senior season as a member of the Georgia Tech football team, Mr. Helm received the Best All Around Excellence Award. His ability to motivate and persuade, together with his integrity and great respect for fairness are just a few of the assets that Mr. Helm brings to the mediation table. |
