Biography |
After 25 years on the San Diego Superior Court bench, Judge Quinn retired on February 29, 2012. She is now available for mediations, arbitrations and all types of private judging assignments. While she was on the bench, she handled hundreds of settlement conferences as well as sitting in the Family Department for four years. She also sat on special assignment conducting settlement conferences for the Fourth District Court of Appeals, in San Diego. Judge Quinn has a reputation for being fair, bright, thoughtful and courteous and is known to run her courtroom in a formal but relaxed manner. |
