Recently he has served as a speaker and judicial panel member for CLE conferences on topics relating to asbestos and chemical and environmental litigation. Since his retirement he has served as a Special Master to several U.S. District Judges in the Yaz, Pradaxa, Depakote, Nuvaring, and DuPont C-8 MDLs and in the Syngenta Mass Action and MDL and as the Court Appointed External Advisor to the FCC in the Transvaginal Mesh MDLS.
