Biography |
Mr. Diamond has litigated a wide variety of cases involving personal injury including, but not limited to, wrongful death, serious automobile accident cases including amputation, dog-bite cases, slip and fall cases, motorcycle accident cases and auto-pedestrian cases.
He has been recommended as a mediator by all major causality and commercial liability insurance carriers as well as numerous plaintiffs’ attorneys.
Since 2000, he has mediated in excess of 800 cases, including but not limited to, personal injury, real property and probate litigation matters. |
