Education |
Andrew graduated Cum Laude from the University Of Puget Sound School Of Law in 1984. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of California at Berkley. |

Memberships |
Andy was the President of the Kitsap County Bar Association in 1998. He is an Eagle member of WSAJ, formerly known as the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. He twice chaired the WSAJ Kitsap Roundtable. He served as a member of the Washington State Bar Association’s Disciplinary Board from 1992-1995. He has also served as a Special Disciplinary Counsel. He completed a two year term as a member of the Washington Bar’s Character and Fitness Committee in 2005. |

Biography |
Andrew is a trained mediator and has significant experience resolving disputes as a neutral third-party through mediation and arbitration. He has practiced law since 1984 with offices in Port Orchard, Washington.
Andy was twice chosen by Washington Law and Politics as a “Super Lawyer.†In 2009, the readers of the Port Orchard Independent voted Andy as “Best Attorney†in South Kitsap.
He enjoys mediating personal injury and other claims and was an inaugural member of the Kitsap County Superior Court’s Mediation Panel. He is also a Federal Court 39.1 mediator. He is frequently selected to arbitrate MAR (mandatory arbitration) and UIM (underinsured motorist) matters. He sometimes arbitrates cases set for trial due to backups in Pierce County Superior and other courts. He formerly served as a judge pro tem in the local district and municipal courts for many years. |
