Biography

Mr. Patmon has significant experience in complex litigation along with related class action and arbitration experience. In particular, he has represented a securities dealer in one of the largest securities fraud verdicts in Ohio history as post-trial counsel and a national accounting firm in one of the largest junk bond fraud cases in Ohio.

As trial counsel, he has planned, developed and executed nationwide discovery, motions practice and trial strategy in various 10b-5 securities and shareholder disputes; civil RICO claims; negligent misrepresentation claims; and conspiracy claims, among other claims and causes of action.
