Biography |
Karen has been a litigator since she graduated from William Mitchell College of
Law. Prior to law school, Karen graduated in the top of her class in obtaining a
B.S. in Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. While
working on her business degree, Karen also played volleyball for UW-Stout.
Karen practices in the areas of personal injury, legal investigation and analysis
of complex claims, insurance litigation, uninsured/underinsured motor litigation,
no-fault, employment law and workers’ compensation. She also serves as a
qualified civil mediator and arbitrator. Karen has been recognized by her peers
as a Rising Star multiple years and a top lawyer by a number of organizations.
In addition, to representing clients, Karen regularly is asked to provide
presentations for clients and attorneys on a variety of areas pertaining to civil
litigation. |
