Biography |
Kenneth C. Brostron has more than 35 years of trial work. He defends health care providers and attorneys in professional negligence claims. He counsels businesses and government agencies in all aspects of their operations including disputes involving intellectual property and technology. He is also well-known for his work in education law, as well as state and United States constitutional matters. He has tried well over 150 jury trials to verdict including many trials involving high risk and significant exposure to his clients. Ken is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has also been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2010 in the fields of Medical Malpractice Law and Personal Injury Litigation (Copyright 2009 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.) for more than 10 straight years and was selected for inclusion in Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers each year since 2005 including the Top 50 St. Louis Lawyers and Top 100 Missouri and Kansas Lawyers in 2006 and 2007. He earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law. Along with medical malpractice, Ken regularly handles administrative law, professional liability, civil rights, products liability, insurance, business litigation, real property, personal injury, contracts, and employment matters. |
