Since 1992, R. Christopher Martin has devoted his practice exclusively to mediation and arbitration, handling more than 800 cases involving complex issues, multiple parties and multi-million dollar settlements.His success has been in maritime, commercial, environmental/toxic tort, construction, products liability, malpractice, employment and personal injury.

His extensive negotiation and mediation training includes Harvard Law School and the Center for Dispute Settlement in Washington, D.C. He is on the panel of mediators for the American Health Lawyers Association and the Orleans Parish Civil District Court Pilot Mediation Program.He is a member of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution, the Association of Attorney Mediators and the American Arbitration Association.
