Alfonso J. Pérez concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, international law, business law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Mr. Pérez has extensive experience representing clients in both the trial and appellate settings of complex commercial litigation cases. He has litigated numerous commercial cases through the jury verdict. Mr. Pérez represents clients from throughout the United States and Latin America. Mr. Pérez is fluent in Spanish. His years of experience litigating complex commercial cases enhances his effectiveness as a mediator. Mr. Pérez leverages his courtroom experience giving valuable insight to the parties regarding how juries may react to the strengths and weaknesses of their case. He has mediated a wide variety of civil cases including complex commercial, personal injury, employment and business disputes. |
