Education |
Mr. Boult is a graduate of the University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee, where he served as Head Proctor and as Chairman of the Honor Council. He received his law degree at Vanderbilt University School of Law where he was Associate Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. |

Biography |
John W. Boult was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1963. Mr. Boult served three years as an appellate lawyer in the office of the Judge Advocate General of the Navy, and one year as an appellate lawyer in the U.S. Department of Justice. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and is certified as a mediator by the Florida Supreme Court.
He was twice nominated for appointment to the Second District Court of Appeal of Florida, and later served four years as a member and Chairman of the Second District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission. He has “first chaired†in excess of 60 jury trials and has conducted more than 400 circuit civil mediations. |
