Biography |
Jonah Orlofsky brings his 30+ years of litigation experience to his role as a mediator.
He prepares for a mediation like he prepared for trial as a litigator; he reviews all the
materials submitted and talks to the parties extensively before the mediation ever begins
so he has as thorough an understanding as is possible about what the parties need. He is
tenacious and does not stop trying to achieve a settlement until it is clear a resolution is
absolutely impossible. He has extensive training in both facilitative and evaluative
mediation techniques and uses what is appropriate based upon the nature of the case and
the needs and desires of the parties. |
