Biography |
Philip Young has over 40 years of experience in civil litigation, Mr. Young has represented clients in matters ranging from personal injury and products liability to medical malpractice and commercial contracts. Additionally, Mr. Young is an experienced and skilled mediator and arbitrator. During his career, he has mediated over 200 cases successfully and tried over 35 jury trials that have involved the full gamut of tort litigation.
Mr. Young recently received a Lifetime Award from Santa Clara County Superior Court for helping hundreds of cases achieve resolution while serving as a temporary judge (judge pro tem). Mr. Young has the honor of holding an AV Preeminent (5.0 out of 5.0) rating, is a longtime member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and has been selected among the "Top Lawyers in the Silicon Valley Area" in the field of civil litigation. |
