Biography |
Judge Joe Hilberman served on the Los Angeles Superior Court from 2002 through 2009 following a 27-year career in civil litigation. Judge Hilberman is currently a full-time mediator, arbitrator and discovery referee. He handles employment, professional liability, tort, business, real estate, homeowners’ association and related disputes. |
