Biography |
Taylor Tapley Daly practices in the areas of commercial litigation, product liability, dispute resolution and collaborative law. In her practice, she has experience with complex medical and technical issues, with class action, multidistrict and multi-claim litigation involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, formaldehyde, food products, and manufactured housing.
A registered Mediator/Arbitrator with the Georgia Supreme Court since the inception of that program in 1994, Ms. Daly is a member of the commercial arbitration and mediation rosters for the American Arbitration Association and Resolute Systems. Ms. Daly is also a trained collaborative law professional. She serves regularly as a neutral in matters with substantial monetary damages at issue. |
