Biography |
Philip H. Elliott, Jr. has practiced in the Daytona Beach area for more than 35 years. Active in alternative dispute resolution since 1989, Mr. Elliott now concentrates his practice on mediation. As a judge with the Volusia County Small Claims Court from 1964 to 1973, he regularly mediated disputes before setting them for trial. He worked to advance the use of mediation by the judges of the Florida Association of Magistrates and Small Claims Courts. |
