Biography |
John C. Lervick is a 1970 graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law. He has been admitted to practice in the Minnesota Courts since 1970 and in the Federal Courts since 1972. Mr. Lervick has been with the Swenson Lervick firm since 1970 where he has been involved in a wide range of practice areas, and has gained extensive experience in civil litigation including: personal injury, wrongful death, insurance disputes, business succession, probate, property disputes, and municipal law. Since approximately 1980, his practice has been concentrated primarily in the areas of civil litigation and municipal law. His work has been distributed between defense practice and plaintiffs’ cases. Mr. Lervick has been certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Civil Trial Specialist since 1989. |
