Amy Ganci brings over twenty years of significant trial experience to the firm, having represented clients in a full range of business, commercial, employment and tort litigation matters. Ms. Ganci's practice includes representation of professionals in liability cases, handling commercial litigation and employment liability matters. Ms. Ganci handles matters in state and federal court, in administrative disciplinary proceedings and in administrative proceedings involving the United States Equestrian Federation and American Quarter Horse Associations.

In addition to her active business/tort litigation practice, Ms. Ganci frequently handles complex contested divorce and custody cases, and in 1997 tried the landmark custody case of In Re: S.M.B., Case No. 97-20051-158, involving standing issues of a non-biological parent. Ms. Ganci has successfully handled professional liability cases, Title VII litigation, trade secret and non-competition cases, securities fraud cases, landlord/tenant litigation, and has represented lawyers in sanction proceedings and grievance matters.

Ms. Ganci is a mediator certified in both general civil and family law mediation. She mediates cases from both the Dallas County and District Courts and mediates federal Title VII cases.
