In her 30-year law career, Anne Wynne has represented a range of clients in litigation of all types. Her focus on family law now also includes expertise in collaborative family law, which offers couples an alternative to court in resolving disputes. Her career also includes work in public policy and commercial litigation.

She has been named to three gubernatorial appointments under Gov. Ann Richards: Chair of the General Services Commission, Member of the Texas Transportation Commission, and Member of the Texas Turnpike Authority Board of Directors; she also served with the latter two organizations during Gov. George W. Bush’s administration.

Anne is the founder of Atticus Circle, a national organization focused on education, policy development and legal advocacy to achieve equality for all parents and partners regardless of sexual orientation. She also serves on the board of Equality Texas, focused on similar advocacy issues for the Lone Star State.
