Mr. Woodburn handles all aspects of real estate law and real estate settlements, professional licensing claims, employment law and poli cy, and association representation. Mr. Woodburn is general counsel for Keystone Human Services, and is associate general counsel for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations.

Mr. Woodburn is serving as President of the Dauphin County Bar Association for 2012. Within the Pennsylvania Bar Association, he is the Treasurer and council member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Division, and is a committee member for the Charitable Organizations Committee and the Legal Services to Persons with Disabilities Committee. Mr. Woodburn is an active member of the James S. Bowman Chapter of the American Inns of Court for administrative law. Mr. Woodburn's work with the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS(R) has included publishing various works pertaining to recent developments in the areas of real estate law, as well as conducting training seminars for REALTORS(R) across the Commonwealth.

He also counsels REALTORS(R) through the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS(R) Legal Hotline. He is an author and speaker for several of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's real estate related courses. Mr. Woodburn is the former clerk to the Honorable John M. Cleland, 48th Judicial District in McKean County.
