Mr. McGrath received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, cum laude, where he was a member of the Law Review and winner of the “Most Promising Civil Litigator Award.†He received his undergraduate degree from the Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with dual majors in Criminal Justice and Political Science. |

Mr. McGrath has extensive in employment related matters.Mr. McGrath is a former United States Secret Service Agent during which period he received awards in recognition of his contributions to the operation of the Department of Treasury. Mr. McGrath concluded his formal education in 1992, and began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable William J. Nealon in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. |
