Mr. Thompson completed his under graduate education at the University of California, Santa Barbara and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. Mr. Thompson is also a graduate of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Univeristy. |

Biography |
Harold Thompson is a former senior litigation attorney who focuses his practice exclusively on providing high quality Alternative Dispute Resolution Serivce. Mr. Thompson's civil defense litigation experience includes over 50 jury trials tried to a verdict, including wrongful death and insurance bad faith. In addition to his defense litigation practice, Mr. Thompson regularly serves as an arbitrator and mediator in private alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Thompson is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® and was a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern Nevada and California, serving as president of the Nevada Association of Defense Counsel from 1991-1992. Mr. Thompson is admitted to practice in Nevada and California (Inactive). |
